C1022 Acceleration Sensor LH Front Wheel

I have a Skyhook Error Message on the Dash.

I scanned my Grancabrio with the Launch X431 and it gave me the code C1022 Acceleration Sensor LH Front Wheel.

So looking at the diagramm at Eurospares here it should be No.2, right?

But as I checked the sensor of the diagramm with the sensor in that position on my car I came across this sensor which you see on the picture. It stated "vertical" on the label.

So now I´m confused... o_O Which one do I need?

No. 2 or 3 from the Eurospares diagramm? Could somebody please help?

Thank you

It says wheel, so I would take it to be the Wheel Vertical Acceleration Sensor.

Number 2 looks like:

And 3 looks like:

You should satisfy yourself, but only one of them looks like your picture and it’s number 2.

Yes that’s the vertical acceleration sensor, just buy the right one for your model, take yours out and get the number off it.

With every reply I got more confused :D

So eurospares says No.2 is a accerelation sensor. The actual accerelation sensor on the car has a label with "vertical" on it. So that´s why I´m confused.

@conaero
You are also mentioning vertical acceleration sensor. So No. 3 or 2?

it´s btw. PN 264470 off my car if we are talking about No.2

From the drawing 2 is non Skhook and 3 is skyhook. The easiest way to check is open the bonnet, remove the cover and look for a wire coming out the centre of the shock. If you have this, you have skyhook so item 3, of not, then it’s 2 (which are handed as sat in the drivers seat)

I have a skyhook suspension since I have the wire coming out of the shock.

But I also have No2. The picture of the sensor is out of my car.

So now I‘m completly confused

Sorry, but the Eurospares diagramm says on both sensors suitable for cars with skyhook suspension.... I have to check mine wether I have both of them. No2 for sure.
