I'd be very afraid of a CAT C but that's just me, been seeing a lot of badly/cheaply repaired Astons recently kicking round the Birmingham/Bradford way recently. The back-street garages take them in, nail some scrap panels back on, then take them to an Aston specialists to get the keys coded and ECUs cleared and so on. Plenty of people driving round in cars with blown airbags, no panel fit, cheap non-AM parts, bent chassis and no papaerwork, but they don't care as they've paid peanuts and get to look like 'the man'.
Same with this QP I'd hazard, great car for someone who wants to look like they've just splashed out big money and don't really give a cr*p about anything else - it'll probably never see a recommended service again. Sad end to a beautiful car
