Posted this on the Maserati Life website too.
Just all had my center console switches refurbished on my 2002 Coupe. They were not in terrible shape (compared to some I've seen), but definitely needed some TLC. Removed both consoles (1: display/number pad, and 2: Temp controls). My "Reverse" mini-console was in good condition but it still has to come out to get the other two out.

They were all done by Lorenzo Rizzo (Lorenz-06MT on the MS website). He can be reached at 1-941-445-2465 in Sarasota, Florida. He will help you (by phone) remove yours. You then just ship him the appropriate buttons and switches. He will ship you back refurbished ones in a few days. Beautiful work and said to be a permanent fix.
I'm very pleased with mine and as you can see from the "After" picture, Lorenzo does very nice work. Note: He only does his magic on 4200's and Gransport models.
