Warm it up, up on the lift, once it is heat soaked to a workable (as in not going to scald you) temp, drain the tank (may need to remove the under tray to access this but most have had a concenient hole drilled in the tray), second pan and drain the sump, thieves pan and remove the filter, you can pick up a 3/8” drive on fleabay for this or wrangle it with any other improvised tool. Reverse, put the filter on and torque it correctly (cannot remember of the top of my head but I think 7kn), both plugs back in and fill 6lt oil, crank but not start a few times till you show pressure, start briefly, off dip the tank for a rough check, add to low level, run and check level on warm idle to top mark.
Well that’s how I do it anyway...
Whilst you are there check the large nut on the return pipe on the bottom of the tank for condition, they have been known to split with varying consequences.
