any maser from pre 2013 will be worth more...change of engines now and diesel will help the old ones in value

Quite a nice article from Mr C. However, his initial statement about the difference between different cars rather give a lie to his "it's not very good"

I'm not the market for any of these, but still feel sad that the new QP doesn't have a "Design by..." badge as I think doing it by committee has dumbed it down.

I have the feeling any GS replacement or 2 seat sports car will just end up looking generic too, so many styling cues shared by Jag/lotus/alfa 4c/bmw.

Tea leaf reading guys..............only a small number of each model will reach the dizzy heights of other 40/50/60 year old supercar survivors.......with Enz on this

Good examples of the older ones, like yours and earlier will be seen as collectors....

Give it 15 years and mine will be Kn4ckered but I'm hoping she will still be delivering the goods. Value? Don't really care tbh, she's more than paid for herself already.

Im not saying everyone should hold onto them as they are worth holding onto but i cant see them dropping....already low for a supercar....reason many of us driving them is they are value for money....

Look at QP4s...cant give them away...OK not everyones cup of tea styling wise, but back in the day they too were considered well.

As Enzo pointed out there are too many.

Basing any sensible conversation on any of Clarkson opinions is fraught with danger, the bloke starts the day talking rubbish and it doesn't improve throughout the day.

Do people not see 3200 or 4200's being future classics then? I'm not talking like DB5 classic status now but sort of some of the older Ferrari and Etype/Healey cars you see now from the 60's. On how many left I make there to be only about 350 3200's left in the UK on the roads right now. In another 20 years I can see less than half of that!

Oh and the reason I went with the 3200 as an example was because it was seen as the saviour of modern Maserati and also the fact that it never made it to the US due to regulation etc...
