Probably best to drill and ease them out with a stud extractor. For me, helicoils as a last resort.
Have 2 sheared manifold down pipe studs so that will take up a load of time I recon.
Is that to the flange above the primary cat Matt?
These are as easy to drill out and replace with a nut and bolt, use a binks nut similar not a nylock so it doesn't shake loose or melt nylon
Not to everyone's taste as I've found out but hey Ho you can't please everyone
That wouldn't be a red GT over in Wales would it?
Might be, just need to convince Mrs A that she really needs to let it go.
Wasn't looking for one but as with the Giulietta if one of the best come up it would be silly to let it go. It would cost a lot to get one to the condition this one is in as Simon is as OCD with his cars as anyone I have met.
I know what you mean, if i could afford it i would have driven down there by now Love Simon's cars, jealous of his fleet Wasn't it the GT that appeared on Fifth gear last year?
