dash parts removal granturismo

ok so my standard trim parts are being redone in carbon fibre, I have pops the trim parts off that I can pop off! the ones I'm stuck trying to remove are the silver one next to the screen where the sport button etc lives, and the one below that goes around AC controls, any ideas??

I also need to know how to remove the steering wheel as I want the paddles off as I have carbon fibre ones to put on! or anyone local in Cheshire fancy doing all this for me id gladly pay!!!

I was told the whole dashboard had to come out to remove the trim around the sport button etc.
Carbon interior makes a big difference.
Just make sure they all match each other and the steering wheel!
The big Carbon paddles are to die for. I love them
