.........Remind me why I love the 3200 so much. Was a nice day so took her into work, it is a fairly nice run from my home to Golspie so not really a boring commute. On way home tonight a Beamer X5 was in front so pulled out to gently overtake without the twins kicking in, as I drew level the X5 speeds up to match me so I look over and the driver, about my age but not as good looking ;) is smugly smiling like " so you think you're overtaking do you?" .....I simply smiled back and double kicked the accelerator.....he did not look a happy bunny in the rear view mirror !

I love it when smug bu99ers get their just reward, use to love doing similar things in my old 95 Turbo Estate with the odd tweek that mid range was as quick as almost anything

I'm not a speedster really, quite happy most times to gently overtake but it is nice having the twins when needed. Honestly, I think you would need to spend 100k to get something that can do 50-100 as quick as the 3200, the mid range is simply phenomenal!

Glad you have her back on the road again!
Hope to catch up soon as I have the Spyder back last night. Won't keep up with the 3200 if you are giving it some beans though!

Never been off the road. Still has a CEL but runs fine. Good news Stewart! Desperate to see her in the flesh. Saturday looks ok if you fancy a meet? Although Fiona may want to drag Baz the boxster along .......

What did you do to tweak the 95? I had some good fun sp4nk1ing a 2002-ish Carrera S a few weeks ago in the 93. Until I got the 42, I was getting tempted to stick in camshafts from the B204 engine and remap to their lift for midrange.

You guys are making me want a 32, but I don't have space (or cash) for one and I'm NOT selling the Spyder for one.

Please would someone take me for a drive in a 3200 soon? I've not been in one and really want to feel those turbos!

Whatever floats your boat, but I'd make sure they were cold before you do.

Somebody with a "real" Maserati near Mr Pea show him what he is missing.........and I don't mean by real, someone with real rear lights Benny ;)

The power delivery from those twin turbos is something else even in my lardy QP IV you instantly know when they spin up and the rush towards the horizon is very impressive
