Yep was a nightmare. Silly question by the way with the auto dimming mirror do you need to sort the fuse out to get it to work. Plugged it in but can't see any difference... @DevonboyPrising the old mirror off?

I thought the sensors would indicate power... like have a green light or something. So if I shine light it should dim?
Haha guess I better check that out... and hope Autoglass can replace my windshield and still keep this mirror hahahaYes. But not until it gets light on the sensor that faces backwards (sorry if I'm labouring a point)

No - no power indicators, it just works, at night , with headlights behind you. I'm still bemused as to how you cracked the windscreen.....ChapeauI thought the sensors would indicate power... like have a green light or something. So if I shine light it should dim?

Well in that case seems I may not have this connected right because there seems to be no indication its working. I'll have a look at it the day Autoglass are coming out and make sure it's wired in right. Assume the correct approach is to connect the wire to the sensor on the windscreen and then chase the wire up to plug in to the loom which is what I did? When I select Reverse, a green light illuminates on mine. No other indication that it’s working apart from the dimming.
Very nervousThat's a very nervous laugh I suspect.
Good luck
