Dorset blind association car show at Lulworth Castle

What a lovely little show, 250 cars on display of all types, and met a QPV owner who only lives about 10 miles drom me. A few pics from the day.

Actually his name is Martin, and he lives in Sherborne!

My mistake. And thinking about it, Barry’s is dark blue. Very similar number plate though.

He's owned that no plate since 1974, used to be on his BMW Isetta bubble car!

Looks like a true enthusiast show. Love a mixed bag event like that- and perfect weather too!

Look at that, blue skies, cut lawn, well organised, mean while in St Albans, grey skies, cold Northerly wind, and a two fields more geared up for cattle.

I think I met him briefly at Beaulieu last year. Told me has a fix for sticky buttons using hand sanitiser.

It was a great event, ok it cost £12 to enter, but you got a free hot drink and a bap on arrival and then had the option of going on a 25 mile drive around the dorset countryside, general public admission is free, but they ask for donations, hope to raise over £20 K this year.

Nice idea combining a show with a drive-out.
