driver side mirror stopped working

After many days of heavy rain in Hong Kong, the driver side mirror on my 3200 stopped working. It can still tilt out and in, but not up and down.

Can i take out the motor to check the connection? anything serviceable inside the case? Any instruction on how to remove the mirror so i can look into it?

Door card off and then the mirror can be removed from the inside I believe.

Should be able to dismantle it and dry it out.
