Bizarre as it sounds its actually what i do for a living. Buy old jets and convert them into simulators. 500 quid was the winning bid, not bad as these things go for silly money. However the company i got it off folded, so still dont know if i will get it or not. we will see. glad i didn't pay for it.

One of those length of string questions, depends on a whole load of things. For a nice setup of a puddle hopper like a 737 between 20-60K. For something a bit special like a trans-atlantic jet or concorde using an actual aircraft then its around 90-140K. Working on the Falcon900ex tonight, full motion D-sim, £13 million

First pic is of a customers setup, thats about 50K, located in his basement. 2nd pic is tonight's entertainment. 3rd pic is my personal toy, very much a work in progress. I mainly manufacture all the flight deck instrument panels and avionics. comes in handy for interior bits
