ELECTRICAL ISSUES

Something must be wrong with my reassembly of the dash. I just finished replacing the heater matrix on my 2003 Spyder LHD. The detailed procedures on this forum were extremely helpful. Everything went fine until I powered it up. The turn signal lights (all 4) flash normally when the alarm cycles, but afterwards the left turn signal lights (front and back) continue flashing as does the left arrow on the instrument panel. The right-side lights flash very dimly, both front and back. This goes on with the ignition off and even with the ignition on. The only way that I can turn off the flashing lights is by removing the #21 fuse. The emergency flasher button does not seem to do anything and neither does the turn signal lever on the steering column. Even removing the flasher relay seems to make no difference. The car starts fine and all other electrical parts seem to work fine. Any suggestions on where I should look next?
