Engine falters and lights dim/radio cuts out

I’ve got an intermittent fault where the engine will falter and the headlights and radio dim at the same time. Alternator and battery fine and the car runs perfectly otherwise. Has anyone had this before and if so what was the fix. Grateful for any comments as I’m totally clueless on this one!

Alternator and battery fine

I suspect this it not entirely true. At the very least a loose connection somewhere.
