What's yours?
My daily driver has headlights that turn with the steering wheel. Do I miss them when in another car. Reminiscent of the Maserati that Citreon made.
Otherwise it's the paddle change for me.

Heated front seats.
Not really in the Maser as its garaged.
But the BMW (lives outdoors) ones are quick and hot...lovely. The Mrs hates them though!

Reversing sensors and iPod.

Other odd ones that I never seem to rate until I get a car that doesn't have them:
Folding wing mirrors
Auto dimming rear view
Remote boot release :)

Another good one for the partners, has them in hysterics this.
Clever cars know if you've walked away and not locked the car. (BTW this doesn't apply to my Maserati). So if your partner decides to stay in the car while you go and do something, jokingly lock her in, but of course don't forget to unlock it.
A minute later the car will recognise that you didn't open a door and relock the doors for you, activating the alarm in the process.
I'm telling you, when you come back to the car they're hysterical!!!!!

"Start" button. Love the "Drama" of hitting the button and hearing that sound.

I've never had a car with a factory fit start button. Do you just press, and let go, letting the car get on with it, or is it effectively the same as turning the key, that is it keeps cranking as long as the button is held down?

Cheers

Yes, I like the keyless entry and start on Audis. Annoys me fumbling to stick the key in the Maserati in the dark not least of all as it's such an ugly brute of a key in my opinion.

I discovered on my way home last night that there are mini paddles behind the gear change to tinker with the radio/map etc!!! The bloke in the garage never pointed them out that I recall though I was a bit dazed at the time.

Turny headlights
iPod connection (until I got the Maser, hardly listen to music in it now)
Wing mirror dip for reverse
Heated screen (miss that)
Distance-detecting cruise control (Jag had it), but made for lazy driving

Most pointless gadget was the automatic main-beam on my Merc. Rubbish.

Dipping wing mirror for parking....never have curbing when you have these.

Ah, if only I'd read the manual earlier...when I picked mine up the mirrors pointed up to the sky in reverse (last owner was probably a bit of a joker!). Ruined my lovely newly re-furbished wheels in 2 weeks.

I'm used to the width of the back end now, but changing the mirrors to point down & in has made life so much easier.

Sigh.

Oh, and favourite accessory, auto-wipers. The wife's micra has them...why don't I?
