Sounds bland. Oddly, it looks a bit bland, too. Still, I prefer the interior of this over the nasty stuck-on screen in the MC20. Why do car manufacturers think a stuck-on screen looks good?

Agree. Seems the MC20 has gone down the stripped down, lightweight type interior where this new Fezza has gone for a techfest, high quality materials approach. I think the MC20 looks better on the outside though, the first v6 "small" Fezza since the super lovely 246GT Dino, should look much better than this new 296.
