BJL - That is simply off the page stunning.

Congratulations. You must feel so proud walking into the garage to be greeted by that.

Love it.

You are truly doing God's work.

Thanks again all. Looking forward to the next meet.
Your'e right Bob there are a couple of free choices but even the wing shields are £980.00. The only consolation is that Porsche are just the same with outrageous options

Just been down to Meridien Barrie and saw another one like yours and also a lovely GT in red! Very close to buying it I was!

Did you get yours from Meridien?

Slightly concerned about the floor covering in your garage - did you run out of money to have the whole floor done? ;)

Or will it not really stand the weight of the cars? Looking for something similar, but I want to cover the whole floor, not just the walking areas.

Yes I did and the red GT does look good. Red really suits the shape well.

The floor is painted and those cheap rubber mats are Machinemart specials at £20 for six including the hazard edging. They were a Xmas present so I when I can justify binning them I would like to tile the floor in matt grey 600x600 tiles. Saw some on interweb at under 3 quid each so wouldn't cost that much. I wouldn't paint again as the hot sticky Pirellis do it no favours at all.

Thanks - that's the sort of thing I'm going for. 600x600 rubber/something similar tiles. £3 a pop doesn't sound too bad either... Must do some more looking.

Simply stunning car.
Regarding floor tiles I got fed up with tyres pulling away painted garage floor so went for broke and did the whole floor with PVC Ecotile's. I laid it myself quite straightforward, approx 30 square metres, wasn't cheap though!

I did both my garage floors in these tiles which start at £2.91 each but I negotiated a better price than that due to quantity. They are porcelain and non slip and work brilliantly as a garage floor. http://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/cat...iye-amalfi-tiles/amalfi-brown-r10-tile/18129/
