Front suspension on QP V - bushes and ball joints

Hi!
I have a QP which has a bit of play in the front suspension. The cotton reel bushes are a bit worn. I can see that these bushes are available and not too expensive (about £25 each plus VAT from Eurospares, for example, so all of them for the front end will be about £200). However, it seems that the ball joints are not available separately, and one has to buy the whole arm which is very costly when multiplied by four.

I am not aware of any problem with the ball joints, but does anyone know if they can be bought separately? And/or are they prone to failing or do they last "indefinitely"?

It is a 2008 ZF auto which has done about 60k miles, if it makes any difference

Any ideas gratefully received. Thanks!

Yes this is a problem when trying to replace the bushings. Also be aware that a wheel re-alignment is advised if the bushings are replaced.

In terms of the arms themselves, I have never experienced any problems (I've driven just over 50k miles). Luckily I had the bushings replaced when my car was still under warranty.

Can you share how much the prices of the arms are?

Thanks. I believe the arms are about £8-900 each. I have heard that it is possible that you can buy a kit which includes the ball joints, but I am not yet sure.
