Hello fellows,
I looked through search in regards to fixing a stuck fuel button in my 2005 4200 Spyder, I found enough information to fix the problem by removing the complete switch from the glove box and stripping it down, wet and dried the edges and put it back together, resulted in a smooth click and release when pushed, VERY satisfying when you see the cost of a new one.
Electrical contact lifts up towards you and not pulled away from switch, took me ages to work that one out )
By the way I'm useless at anything with small bits which is why I'm really pleased with myself on this one.
I hope this helps someone else in the future. Regards Sean.
