I’ve finally got around to removing the glove box to gain access to the fuel cap and boot catches.
The last few months I’d opened the fuel gap through the boot and used the emergency “rip cord”
When the lever is pulled the black plastic component does not move to open the glove box.
Does anybody have a working spare or can the one I currently have be fixed?
The video taken is too large to attach but I’m sure the cognoscenti among our group understand.
Also what is the trade name of a product to remove the black from the plastic ?
and can this be used on the alcantara?
