Price seems ok ish for that mileage and from a dealer with a 12 month warranty, but ideally I'd want the service carried out before purchase at that money. A service just 5 months down the line from purchase could cost you ££££. When I was looking for one, looking at service receipts of other cars they varied so much! from £1k to £6k !
Get a clutch reading, check condition of brakes and tyres - all quite costly.
Check any unusual noises from AC compressor
Weepy cam cover gaskets
Water in the boot
Sticky exhaust valves
All electrical stuff works - parking sensors, auto wipers, heated seats are regular culprits
Signs of interior de-laminating- around center consul and rear quarter windows seems most common.
At that mileage the suspension bushes should be ok, but if there is history of them being changed, that's a bonus. Same with F1 pump, although if not used for long periods that can get sticky I believe. Variators shouldn't be a problem on a 2011 car.
Also, looking at its location, see where previous owners lived and have a VERY good look underneath. I viewed one that had been in Scotland for 4 years. 24k miles, absolutely immaculate inside and out, full masser history and underneath looked like a 1970's Cortina!!
If all the above seems a bit much, get an independent that knows these cars to do an inspection.
