good garage for tyres and brakes and/or Maserati

I am on the road through England right now heading for the Centenary gathering and as luck would have it, had a shot on a race track on the way and discovered that the car while running pretty good up to 100mph has a worrying vibration at higher speeds. its running really well at lower speeds so i don't think its too fundamental. just had wheels balanced and geo done so it should have been perfect.
I am wondering if i can find a good garage to get the wheel balance checked in case i have lost a weight, and maybe get all the bits that's have just been worked on checked for loose bolts. i will be in Liverpool and heading down past Birmingham today. Any suggestions for a good garage that might help?
