Hi everyone,
Just joined the forum and wanted to share about my Gransport experience
I own the car since last october and enjoy it so far ;-) I drove 6000km on a variety of roads and did one track day (for testing purpose).
The only areas of improvement are in my opinion the gearbox and the noise, for the noise I found my way adding a supersprint X-Pipe and ordered a set of Larini valved rear boxes and superspsrint decat (still waiting for them), that should bring noise but on the gearbox side despite having my PIS set to the most agressive setting (4.45) I still found it too slow.
I read here and there a few solutions, first the FD DBW, but cuting wires and soldering is something I found too intrusive as I want the car to be able to come back to stock form.
Second option was the TCU remap but here I have not found a lot of details so please can someone enlighten me about TCU remap :
-how to do it
-What settings can be tuned
-is it efficient
I also read that reseting the TCU seems to put it in "auto learn" mode and record new parameters (battery off for a few minutes and then drive it hard) is that confirmed by anyone ?
Last but not least I heard the gearbox is the same as Ferrari 360, Does a F360 Challenge stradale TCU would fit on the Gransport ?
Lots of questions ;-) thanks for your help
