I bought this for a previous GT and it's a great addition to the look of the car, especially if you like the carbon look and are not too keen on chrome.
The existing trim piece is held on with two screws and double sided tape. The carbon piece does not have the screw holes, but is extremely light and just holds on with tape.
It is made from real carbon weave and has a good, deep polish.
I have not fitted it to my car as quite inexplicably, Maserati produced my carbon boot spoiler with the carbon weave going in the opposite direction - I kid you not! As you will see, the trim piece has the weave going diagonally up from left to right and my spoiler has the weave from right to left, and I would not be able to live with that! I suggest you check yours first if you are interested.
As you will see, it sells new for £250 new and mine is in excellent condition. It has some very minor imperfections on the corners and the slightest of pitting in the gloss finish but these were present when I bought it and which I put down to the hand made nature of it. You would not see this once fitted, I am just being ultra critical and as transparent as possible.
Excuse the quality of the pictures, it's not the easiest item to photograph!
I am looking for £150, or best offer
Thanks

Maserati Granturismo Carbon bootlid trim below Maserati script | eBay
We work only with supercars. We manufacture carbon spare parts and body kits. Trim doesn't have mouting brackets, they need to be sticked to the parts with double side tape. Interior parts may have a little marks.
