That's what makes me laugh about snap on. They take a standard roller, put a sticker on it and call it a 'special edition '!

Tell me. How much side to side play is there on a snap on drawer?

I'm not sure... but It cost the price of a second hand Fiat 500 and that was 10 years ago!

I recon the old Italian Beta stuff was just as good or even better..

I think I need to invest in a decent tool chest.

Mine seem to just be piled on top of each other.

I have a Beta rollcab I keep at home and the quality is great along with their hand tools which I also have some of.

I think I'm going to take the advice of a friend, he's got 3 metal filing cabinets in his garage, not the ones with runners, the ones with steel sided drawers, most of my tools are household rather than spanners so drawers is probably better than a tool chest , should be sorted for under £50

I got the Halfords ones. The bottom of the range ones are rubbish, take a look in store and compare them, but you want decent rollers - ball bearing for example. I got the Halfords pro 5 and 7 for £200 plus cashback and I'm happy with them. The bottom draw is quite big - managed to fit my trolley jack in the bottom along with other stuff!
All three for £250 is a good deal.
