GS / 4200 Space saver

I had a spacesaver + compressor in my car for some time but it is now sitting in my garage, doing nothing. I only use my AC for short, domestic trips, so I don't see the point of carrying it with me all the time. Spacesaver + pump have ofcourse never been used but the spacesaver does have some scratching on the surface due to storage in the boot of the car. This space saver is the official one for the GS and 4200 (see: http://www.eurospares.co.uk/searchResult_one.asp?S=181772&TM=3&TMo=496&TA=1&TB=28199). I carried it in my AC but to be honest, I don't even know for sure whether it will fit (but I assume it will). I would like to have 375 gbp for this set, including postage within the EU (about half the price compared to ordering from Eurospares) or make me an offer by PM.

Thanks,
Danny

I am sure you could find a jack kit to fit if you did some scrap yard hunting.

I might look into this Volvo wheel.

Spotted a 3200 spare wheel/jack kit for sale locally at a breakers, but unfortunately sold (unless someone on this forum! ). They sell them for £250 when they get them.
Researching, the 3200 fully inflated space saver is compatible with the 4200. For some reason they changed to the deflated type, maybe to gain a bigger rolling diameter.
The fully inflated space saver cross references with the Ferrari spare. It really is an emergency spare, must be several inches smaller in height!
Does the deflated spare grow to the same diameter as the normal tyre?

I guess it must inflate to the same diameter as I used mine after I had a motorway blow out on my front nearside. The car drove perfectly until I got a new tyre, be it at 50 mph.

My apologies to the forum members who showed interest in the space saver but I decided to keep it after all in case I may decide to use my car for trips into Europe next year or so.
