Your car looks great. I'm looking into having some work done ony car in the new year as want it looking like new (just to get ****** of when I find new scratch or dent on it) but what should I look at paying. Is there a fee per panel or is it not that simple. As some panels have minor scratches on and others are clean.

You will find detailers are very ANAL. They will want to bring the whole car up to standard which can have varying prices from 1 days work up to 7 days work. Mine was 3 days as it wasn't that bad and cost £325 for detailing without the Gtech coating which vary enormously. I also got all the dents removed. I found 2 they found 10 !!!!! My eyes aren't that great.

The guy who did mine is in Tring. He does some very high end cars like F40 etc so was very happy to trust him with my GT

So they will find something wrong wit what I think are good panels

They will have to how you defects as they did on mine. The problem is that you dont want a patch work of finishes on the car. Mine is black so it would be very obvious so went for full detailing and I think the results speak for themselves. The finish is almost lickable - put that in to keep the sexual inuendo theme going
