Sell it rather than spending that money on the repair? I'd think an unrecorded accident would attract someone with better access to repairing it for less cash. Then buy a GS as you can get bits on EBay when you do it again.....
I'm going to save all the headaches and just make a claim. Likely I won't get insured after due to my age..will just sell her and get something when I reach 25. Thanks for the insight guys!
