Is this true? I don't think it does.

Would be very interested in this style grille for for the GS though, in Grigio Mercury to match the wheels
Sorry about the abbreviation mixup. I meant the G&S Exclusive body kit like here
http://www.zercustoms.com/news/GS-Maserati-4200-GT-Cambiocorsa.html
you probably mean Gran Sport..
Colors are at this point an individual choice for the GB so you can have grey/anthracite metallic semi flat finish. That's my first choice....

I'd be interested in one subject to cost for the 02-04 smaller grille so you can put my name down

I could be interested, dependant on cost. I'm thinking of going for darker wheels now that they need a refurb anyway.

Is there mesh behind the grille - otherwise the gaps in the slats will let a lot of debris through won't they? (Does the GT grill have mesh behind?)

sounds good- added!
I assume you have the GS as per avatar? ;-)
Yes the mesh will definitely be needed. Black so it's invisible

Depending on the cost I could be interested, but agree I'd want it to include a mesh backing to stop any debris getting through (mine's a GS so would be the larger size)

Oh yes, got a lovely GS. I will be quite sensitive to the price - I'm not 100% convinced that I'll like it if I put it on the car...

OK finally got the answer.
The price range at this time is from $600 and not to exceed $875 including powder coating color of choice.
What it means is that he will fabricate the first one- of course it will be very costly- and that (and the number of units in the GB with deposits) will determine the actual price.
Once the first article is fabricated we will get exact price and time line.
The fabrication of the first article is contingent on deposits received. If we pay deposits soon he can start working on the first article the week of the August 22nd and have it finished that week.
After that we get the actual price based on the amount of work that had gone into the first one and the number of orders.
Please feel free to post any comments here and I'll start sending PMs for those who don't scrutinize this thread daily...
Oh and one more thing- I was not happy with the delayed response and felt a bit of "flakiness" from his side. So I had a conversation about it with him and made him promise commitment to the dead lines he set. I'm also thinking about putting some kind of monetary fine into the agreement we will have with him for extra "motivation" to his time commitment. Another words- if he is late they will cost less...
If that makes sense...
Fire away !!!!
Time to get these deposits...
$100?

as good as it looks at the higher price of $875 and guessing at $70 for post and insurance with import duty and vat it comes out at

Total customs value (CIF): £725.86 This is the amount that customs values your import at
- Duty: £32.66
- VAT: £151.70
Total import duty & taxes due: £184.37 This is the amount that needs to be paid to customs
- Product, shipping & insurance: £725.86
Total landed cost:
£910.23
This is the total cost of importing, including product, shipping, insurance and import duty & taxes
at exchange rate of 1 GBP = 1.3 USD

That's too much for a car I may not be keeping long term and may not like when it's fitted

I agree it's a little rich for me at that price, and I may not even like it in the flesh! Sorry but I've suddenly lost interest, please remove my name from the list....

I like the look of this and if I had an early 4200 I'd think hard about this as opposed to automatically opting to fit the later face-lift front end. But having canvassed the opinions of a few others, I've decided it's not right for my MC-V as being quite a rare variant, I really need to keep it standard.
