Nice. Has it got any ventilation? Might be worthwhile putting in a couple at high level.
It’s got plenty of ventilation Gaz, I think the way we went from freezing temperatures yesterday, rain this morning and a lot milder was too much to ask for a construction like that. I’ve got a carcoon so next Winter I will put the car in that in the garage.

Some of the model specific Maserati FB groups are good. Obviously I like the Biturbo era ones. The newer stuff seems to have people wearing sportswear stood near their car waving some godawful bling.

All good thanks Neil. Hope you likewise.
Been building myself a garage, it went well and was able to buy a roller garage door for £75 to finish it off, quite pleased although noticed a bit condensation in this weather we’ve been having recently.View attachment 81278View attachment 81279
Good to read all is well - we're good too thanks. Was wondering what you'd been up to - looks just the ticket. Been lurking? Or have you missed the recent fun and games?

Yeah I put some dpm under the concrete and will put some Celotex in there, just need to rob a bank to pay for it. (just seen the price of a 2400 x 1200 x 100 sheet, flippin eck)

How many dead poor men is required for a garage floor these days? I am assuming the can be laid horizontally unless load bearing where vertical is required.

celotex/kingspan is expensive but you can use any brand of PIR, Wickes and builders merchants will have the equivalent and far cheaper or you can try ebay as there are always people on there selling left over stock dirt cheap, 50 to 85mm for a garage is fine

I used sheet Jablite behind 5mm ply in my shed. Works a treat. Jablite is polystyrene and a bit fragile so best protected with ply. Messy bits left over…..

I've just moved over onto Sportmaserati from PH due to the frequent slagging off of other people's views. It feels a little bit like the Mail online.

I think it’s got a lot worse since I posted the op.
Zagatoes is right, marque specific is better on there with at least the majority who post singing from the same hymn sheet.
