At least the new rules appear to have shaken things up a bit. Vettel sent home after 2 days and 11 laps.

OK Red Bull will catch up but it's a very poor start. You don't get two whole days of testing back.

I run a F1 challenge for one of the Alfa forums I frequent where I get the members to predict results and answers to questions. I think the one of the question for race 1 will be

"how few cars actually finish the race?"

Emphasis on FEW rather than MANY :)

I see the practise is all over the place.....Redbulls keep breaking...Marussia quicker than them......

That Caterham certainly looks wrong. Surely the flat plane at 45 degrees to the airflow is going to cause and upward force thereby reducing front grip which, IIRC, is not the general idea. However, ugly unreliable cars is just another in a long list of reasons not to bother watching again this season.
