Passing on what someone told me recently:
For the QPV the bulbs are sold as a pair, but you need to jack the car up to access them through the extended front suspension and wheel arch. Sounds challenging and costly.
No doubt someone on here has firsthand experience with the QPVI, so hope it's an easier (and less expensive) fix. Good luck!
