I think it'll be a 2004 as Gransports were only made til 2008.
I have corrected.
Usually, the clutch friction surface never get to a point of wear where it begins to slip, 9/10 the spring tangs on the clutch cover break and the clutch will slip badly and you wont be able to engage all gears.
When you pull away, the clutch slip feeling and labouring bite is normal, you will get used to it.
I would have the clutch reading done first at a main dealer of specialist so see what % wear it is. Anything over 80 I would consider changing it but you may still get another 10k miles so it is worth just running it till it dies but if you plan going abroad then I would get it done as being stranded is no fun.
Also get the PIS point (Point of Initial Slip) set to 4.5 then lower if you can without the car moving at idle. I set mine up with the tech in the car with the SD machine connected, run the car down some lanes and adjust accordingly.
