Is that a Clio 172 Cup that I see in there? I've always like them. Unassuming wee things.

I sold these 2 over the past year as I actually didn’t enjoy driving them.

I really wanted to love them and if I could have stuck both of them in a glass museum just to stare at, I would have kept them as they both just look out of this world to me. The Elite always reminded me of one of the spacecraft in Space 1999....
What!!..........You mean an Eagle??!!
Nice collection by the way, My wife got ars8y when I got my second car!!

The Clio is a 182 “trophy”.... limited run of 500 with specialist Sachs dampers. Absolute riot of a car.

The Peugeot is an ‘88 205 1.9 GTi not a 309 (nothing against 309’s!)

Great car. I had a 205 XSi for years. I still remember the Car magazine summary: 'almost a GTi'. I just loved straight-lining roundabouts in that car and letting it's wonderful suspension soak up going over the splayed kerbs.

Owned both, prefer the reviness of the 1.6 and it was geared better for town driving. On the track 1.9 no contest.

Used to rally Grp A 205’s in the BRC (before the dreaded lurgy removed my MSA licence for good) and a 1.6 was far better than the 1.9 due to engine could rev higher and it had a better balance over the front axle....

You got me dreaming about driving the Pug again so just dragged her out of the barn to pick my eldest up from the bus stop for one last 5 min blast. Note she is a 1.9, my wife got the plate-pressure wrong back in the day!!

Yeh, that's what I meant! I saw Harry reviewing his and telling the story of how they reviewed it for EVO and he then bought the car off Renault UK. Love it.

Sold it back in the summer .....

Got 4 times what I paid for it 3 years ago.

Was a showroom condition, low miles Williams I. Agonised over selling but when gone, did not think about it again so was the right decision.....
