How do people go from Maserati to anything else?

Sometimes I think of a AM v8 vantage, but I don't know if the running cost would be much higher than my gransport. Does anybody have experience on that? Thanks!

Rossyl's yer man. He went from a 4200 to an AM V8. You should also check with forum sponsor and renowned Ferrari / Maserati and AM specialist indie Christian Lewis.

In all honesty I don't know and am in the same predicament as you. I'm looking at Strads but need the right colour ie Med Blue or Yellow which don't come up often. The other option is Cali for something different..... who knows, I ain't rushing as I am enjoying the GTS still.

Mine's a car transformed now all the wheels point in the right direction. I never knew it handled this well!

A blue Strad would be bang on, Phil. Can’t believe more didn’t get sold. Black looks great but was just too popular.

So you'll be keeping it Adam?
Starting to be a concern, all these guys who feel for the brand are thinking/moving on.......

I'm going nowhere my 04 MY 4200 ticks all the boxes for me and suits the terrain down here in New Zealand.
At 55 have had two Ferrari and now enjoy my Minis and my XJC so if I go for anything else it will be another Classic.

Could never understand this either......Most are grey, black or white.....These buyers of new Sradales where a boring lot and not very adventurous with there colour choice...Many lovely colours to pick from ... Why not the red, blue or yellow. Best colour I've seen is Blondies yellow......

Not sure, Dave. I’m test–driving few cars on Friday and will (finally!) decide after that. I've had it for six years, which is the longest I’ve ever owned a car, and the only reason for contemplating selling now is just for a change. Something just a bit smaller would be nice, too.

I suspect many were pre order cars specked in the fasion colours of the moment.

I like my black Stradale. I’d never want a bright colour, it’s just not how I roll. Bright colours are for Lambos, not Maserati.

Yours does look amazing, but I don’t get on well with black. It offends my OCD - too swirl-prone and five minutes after it’s been washed it’s covered in dust and bird shite again!

For me, black cars are for other people to look after so I can enjoy how good they look.

So I bought the Strad new nearly 4 years ago and always think what is next.

Does it handle as well as I want it to? No, so i have an Evora 400 plus other amazing handling cars for that .

It is as fast as I want? No but where can you go faster without being a total tit unless on the track.

Is there anything comparable to 4 seats in comfort and not being cramped? No

So I am keeping her.

Do I like the black? Not really anymore, same as above comments.

So I am most probably going to get her fully mopped and detailed so 100% perfect and then wrap her, probably in some crazy blue. Did think of chrome orange to go with my Loti, but does not seem to fit the bulk well, based on a couple of google searches.

It's a pain to keep clean for sure but looks so lush when it is clean that I always fall in love again. I have thought about wrapping it just for a change but I'd go for a nice gloss grey, similar to the colour that Audi do the RS3 in or Porsche offer on the 991. I do think that the lighter colours show the black bumper details better but white is too light for me so grey is suitable subtle and in between.

All of this is thrown out by the candy red they do the centenary stradale in though. I'd have one of those.
