The moment North Korea fire a missile at the US, they will cease to exist as a nation.

Even Kim Jong-un must know that.

It's just posturing.

Yes definitely sabre rattling but the guy seems so unhinged that I wouldn't put it past him!

Any action will result in the loss of life to the NK civilians. I think they have suffered enough so restraint and sensible thinking should be employed here.

He is more likely to be assassinated by one of his generals I would have thought. Of course the claim would be that the US were behind it. Lets be honest the White House have without doubt considered it even if they decided not to do it.
Seems amazing that nations cant sort these minor issues out when 3200 and 4200 owners on here can get on with each other.

My money's on China bumping him off. He's their pet in much the same way Assad is Putin's. Once their usefulness / lifespan has passed - a quick trip to the vet.

Kim jung Un is basically a head of a firm of gangsters. Born into it but has developed psychopathic tendencies to stay in power. No doubt the us, China Japan have all got assassination plots but Kim will use this to strengthen his grip. Any General talking of assassination will be up against the wall and fed to the pigs. it's a sad situation for the people of North Korea, prisoners are mistreated badly and the public not much better.
He needs to be removed from power for the sake of the nation as a whole.

NK to China is what Syria is to Russia. Even in it's simplest form, pariah states act as leverage on the International stage especially when your friends are big military and economic powerhouses.

China will 'use' NK as a bargaining chip for greater economic and international standing, thus is probably more important to them going forward than the possibility of nuclear fallout on their down step.

The real question to answer here.. is who cuts his hair and what car does she/ he drive?

It's all blown out of prooertion by the media and they have a lot to answer for. It is worrying though with trump in power. Would anyone be remotely worried with Barak in the hot seat?

Nail on the head, the media is provoking Trump and actually giving the industry a severely bad name. I like Trump for my own reasons BUT anyone can see that the like of CNN are entirely bias and do not report positive outcomes from the administration. In short, the media are taking their liberties and dragging them through the muck both here and in the US.

Its a weird situation as i dont believe the media in most things......im not a fan of dictatorships but why get involved with NK if theres no gain as a nation?
To help the poor people of NK? id much rather they help the poor in their own backyard...leave him to it....he wont bomb the US its just media ********.....
Last time we said the UK and US have to bring down a dictator with nuclear weapons it all went wrong....ever since Saddam got killed the middle east has lost thousands of people and they are a mess and we all know their was never any weapons.....
