Just received my confirmation

Does anyone know what time?

The confirmation came with a link to download a calendar event, which when added to my diary claims it's 0600 to 1200 - which is obviously wrong. I never trust these calendar events since missing a flight in France due to my phone changing the event's timing because of the time zone change.

I replied and told them what I thought of their customer service - send an invite with no mention of a draw and then disappoint. I doubt I will receive a reply or change of status!

Same here Mark. Would have been good to get a "it's been overwhelming, we're going to put you in a draw", but maybe they just don't think I'm spendy enough to invite.

Well I know I only have a lowly GS, but I have formally notified them for an Alfieri order of a coupe and spyder. Maybe I'm not Chinese or Russian enough!!

So, I had a call and email from HR Owen today, apologising profusely. They agreed with my view that you cannot simply send an email rescinding an invitation, especially to customers of very expensive cars! To those who are going - I will see you there!
