Independent Inspection in London/SE: Help!!!

Hi all, just joined as a prospective Maserati owner

I have test driven a QP GT Sport 07 and a QP GTS 09 at ADG Sevenoaks.

They claim everything has been inspected by Giallo next door but would like to get an independent inspector.

So....can anyone please recommend an independent inspector that does London or Southeast?

I bought a Maserati from ADG, it had also been inspected by Giallo next door. To cut a long story short, I was sold an accident damaged vehicle. The whole front end had been smashed in and then repaired. I lost thousands. ADG didn't want to know, and denied all responsibility. So now whenever I hear that someone may buy a car from these people, I recommend that they move on.

I thought everyone knew??? I went on about it enough at the time! In the end I accepted the fact that ADG didn't give a ****, I did think about court action but couldn't be doing with the stresses. I just sold the car on, for several thousand pounds less than it should have been worth.

The best dealer I have bought from is one called Autofficina in Chessington, they are perhaps worth a look.

I purchased my first maserati from ADG, had it independently tested and and everything was fine. When I sold it the purchaser had it inspected by Autofficina in Chessington, I was very impressed with their service and thoroughness and have subsequently used them for a clutch replacement on my GS - I would highly recommend them.

They sell an awful lot of Maseratis and have been around a long time so they clearly do a lot of things right. If you see a car you like don't take their word for it, get an independent inspection.

Seconded. They sell more used Maseratis than anyone else in the UK (must be hundreds by now) and generally their stock and knowledge is first class.....don't let one persons bad experience put you off if you find a car you like as everyone advises get an independant inspection!
