Insurance Black box

Hi
This black box came with my car, does anyone know what it does? it has an Adrian flux sticker on it, no charger, and a sim card inside.
I guess it is a tracker, but does it need a subscription?

As far as I know AF don't do anything regarding theft, maybe an insurance GPS device to monitor driving style of the previous owner?

Take it to Blackburn and stick it on any Audi , it'll skew all their speed data graphs up in 3 days
