Internal server error 500?

Does anyone else keep getting this when logging on? It's happening almost 50% of the time. Sometimes it reloads, sometimes not.

It's just bad timing, it does it same time each day.

23.00-23.03 the server backs up and SM goes offline.

If i understand correctly the backup stops the database server.
I would suggest using an incremental backup of the transaction logs of the database to avoid putting it down for the duration of the backup.

Yes. I got a reset message. I'm wondering why it was sent out. Did they get hacked and have to change them all?

Nah ... They probably had issues with the server and tried to fix them the same way we always try to fix our issues in our Italian cars ... with a reset ...

i saw a message on the forum saying they needed to do it as the password security was weak so its ok to go ahead and do it
