Where you in your own cars or rental cars?

If your own, they can chase you from now to eternity I beleive!!!

In 2015 points and penalties accrued in the RoI and NI will then become interchangeable in both jurisdictions........not sure if it applies UK wide

Car wasn't booked on my card but through a company that arranges our travel. They then passed my address to the car rental. I'm sure I will have to pay as I want to go back to Switzerland just prolonging the inevitable realy.

Now that Switzerland and Italy have number plate recognition cameras any unpaid fines could cost you your car if stopped by the tax enforcement dept. The penalty for not paying on time is astronomic and could p..s you off big time.

I've got the Suisse police after me for a speeding ticket in November last year waiting for them to send me the photo evidence at the minute as they want 250 suisse francs of me and I don't want to end up being banned like Frank.

A friend of mine was working in Germany once. Plod turned up at his office one day because some geezer accused him of not yielding at a pedestrian crossing. He denied it but they still gave him a speed awareness course penalty. I seem to remember he was supposed to pay for the course too.

Anyway his contract in Germany was finishing soon so he never bothered his ar5e going on the course.

Years later he was transiting at Frankfurt airport and the passport control boys called him into an office. Sure enough, the outstanding fine was waiting for him and he had to cough up.

Just watched the first episode.

It's a GTS Auto. Looking at the trim, it's built sometime between spring 11 and summer 12. God that sound anal.

That's true. Trouble is Maserati change small things with the trim of their cars between model years so they can be easy to date.
