Is the gearbox the same in a Ferrari 360 and if so could the Ferrari cables be modified to fit the 4200. Only a thought as there are 360 cables available here :

I found this company that make custom cables as well with no minimum order.

There is also a company called Hindle Controls in Bradford, UK That can make, design or copy cables as required but i am not sure if they have a miniumum order.

They will make one off or small runs. They will still need the specs or a cable to copy.

If there's a short break in the hysteria here....when you look at the picture in this post it appears the cables are part of the shift assembly.

I'd check with Ricambi or Eurospares if you actually need the cables.

I'm sure Marios will confirm if the cables were ever sold as a seperate part to the shift assembly but he has already confirmed the parts required have not been available for 2 years. So it would appear that its either a manufactured solution or a second hand part.

The maserati life thread on the similar issue goes dead with no published solution.
