Two bottles of champagne down the hatch, on comes the red wine.

We are yet to actually eat the big Christmas meal! It's much needed!

On the Thatcher's Cider here in Somerset. But have a nice bottle of Lemoncello in for later.

Forgot what I was drinking some time ago. Merry Xmas everyone. I could have bought a nice Biturbo for what I've spent today. 12 people in the house, all fed and watered by me and still they made me watch Downton Abbey. Surely there's something better on Discovery Turbo.....

Think I'll continue shopping for a QP to go with my GS....

Happy Holidays.

I never drink on Christmas day. Somewhere in my subconscious it's a blurry mix of previous heavy Xmas Eve sessions coupled with Xmas day being all about the kids. So, had a lovely day with my extended family at my sister's, didn't touch a drop all day. Arrive home at 11pm and receive a call from 'merry' friends close by who insist we join them for a Xmas drink. Cue immediate caving in to peer pressure and I agree to join them "for one drink". I have a beer and a chili sambuca shot in my hand within 10 minutes of the call. More bizarre shots and more beer later, I've just arrived home for the second time tonight; this time is a bit more fuzzy and warm....
