Andy, If you received the verbal I sent on Sunday via Nick, it is now redundant.

I've been without a landline cable (therefore internet) on & off since last November (Fixed yesterday 2 days after threatening BT/Openretch with some derogatory publicity).

I was hoping during this 'blind' time that the Llandow date might have shifted but despite it being unchanged, seeing the numbers are a bit close I'll confirm that
I'll be there and have just paid up. Looking forward now to seeing y'all on the day.
Are there any spaces left at the Italian restaurant social, I presume it is at the one on the walkway between the high street and the main car park? If so I'll browse their menu and make enquiries before confirming.

Trawling this thread I noticed some concerns on tyre wear and would only comment that drivers of V6 front wheel drive Alfas with McPherson strut suspension would be wise to monitor the inside edge of the UK drivers side front tyre which can wear very rapidly ontrack if driven hard.

AAaaaaaaw! C'mon guys .................... sitting on a soggy cushion in my wing back tipping chair I'm pondering this upcoming generation -
A national forum like ours and ------ (Is it really just TWO Alfas Andy? the Maser guys are putting the Alfisti to shame!)
An interesting mile long track , well managed by friendly staff.
A reaonable cost for a whole fun packed day.
A professionally qualified instructor willing to improve your skills - I'm never too crusty to take good advice on improving my driving.
A great day out to chat with like-minded guys, pedalling various interesting marques.
And (sigh!) - still old f^rts like me have to creak their way to the circuit in our daily shopper car to make up the numbers! -

Yeah, yeah, you're right it could be a hub bearing.

Hope you manage to get it sorted in time for the fun at Llandow Mr Contigo.

The feature is of course quite normal to Alfa GTV6. owners, we call it talk steering.
Torqueing of which I could do with a few more cheques as well 'cos I've a cambelt change due soon!

All, I have until next Friday to pay in full....Currently it feels like this will be cancelled .... I have 11 payments with Petes above and I know of one more that has confirmed. That's 10 short with the others not confirmed. Unless some movement soon I will have no choice but to pull the event. If you haven't confirmed you are coming please can you ASAP as if 8 of you can no longer attend I can tell LLandow now.
