Log on problem.

I'm having problems logging on,keeps timing out,I can log on eleswhere but not at home, so obviously a problem with my server?
Any suggestions?

This is the second case of this my brother had the same issue. It would not access the site at home on Wifi but would on 4g on his phone.

Anyone else having issues?

My password & user name regularly gets rejected and I have try again but that may just be my typing - more haste, less speed; or is the other way around?!

Is it only login or its site access in general?
This sort of problem is usually related to routing on your isp but in that case the whole server would be unreachable

Ok the server has been flushed and restarted, no errors in the logs reported so maybe there are just some national isp issues at the moment.

Any further issues please do post it here.

Ok the fault only affects people accessing the site using a Virgin Media internet connection.

Hopefully it will sort itself out over the coming days as its out of our control.

I have been with Virgin Media since broadband came into being but they recently ditched us and passed us onto Talk Talk. TT have now decided that they don't wish to continue with rural broadband and have moved us over to Fleur Telecom (?) and I have had many problems with email hacks and internet drop outs - it's like going back to the dark ages - but with no cable access living where I do, we have very little choice
