Looking for a pair or repair of 4200 Headlights

I am looking for a pair or if you even trust somebody for a good repair of my headlights (my2002 Blu Nettuno 4200)
Mine has unfortunately been opened twice for cleaning and the guy previous to me did a quite bad job putting his fingers on the back of the sensitive to heat plastic lens....

Can anyone help?
