does look nice but 15k miles over 23 years is just worrying for these cars. also pre obd so i think maybe a tad over priced......just my view tho

Obviously an inspection should be carried out to reveal any horrors, if any. But nothing is unfixable and following the inspection, haggling shall commence.

My only issue regarding mileage is that it's not being enjoyed for what it is and the next owner may try to keep it low for the next owner. If it was me, I'd take it as free reign to put on many miles, it would still be low at 4, 5 or 6k a year...
