Lovely to be part of the celebrations & meet a few new faces (and of course many of the old ones!)

I think the surprise when I tapped Phil on the shoulder was a sight to behold......that I did enjoy........:)

P

I was absolutely gobsmacked Frank, and in the nicest possible way. It was such a pleasure to meet you, the other forum folk, and of course Kaz and Loz without whom the world would be a much poorer place.

Now all I need is a Trident to brighten my life just that little bit more.......

Really sorry I couldn't be there; I tried everything to ditch the trip I'm on, but to no avail. I'll be buying Loz a drink or two in Le Mans. In the meantime, my very best wishes go to Loz and Kaz.

Made it home still smiling from a wonderful doo.

Backside firmly planted on the sofa, with no ambition of moving it today.

Thank you Loz and Kaz and enjoy your European tour.

As Andy says above^^^^ its so bad I love it!

Having a bath as I always do on a Saturday to avoid the Simon Cowell trash that the ladies in the house love.

Then bed early as I cream crackered and have a 10k event tomorrow at 10.30, where I recon I will still be sweating jäger bombs and Jäger Doodles (thanks MAF)

Good luck with the 10k tomorrow, Matt. My advice would be to have a skittle bomb before you set off - guaranteed personal best time!

We got home, collected the kids and went for a fabulous lunch at The Grove to celebrate my son's birthday. I've already had an afternoon nap and will likely fall asleep in front of some **** TV later. Time to catch up on sleep after the week I've just had!

Doodles, skittles, whatever, I have been sweating the stuff all day.

As discussed over breakfast I (and Mrs MAF) are caffeine free, 3 years for me and introducing me to the toxic caffeine blend that is Red Bull is like making a nun snort coke.

Fun though

MAF I will be returning the favour in France next month when I introduce you to vodka caramel....lovely but it does tend to get messy.

Ill bring a bottle of caramel back with me and it will be served at the late night gentlemans bar (AKA Bar Conearo) at the upcoming SM Xmas doo.

Talking of the Xmas doo the Holiday Inn must be a contender for this year, sensible drinks I thought?
