How many £billions did the government squander on non suitable PPE etc

You just have to know the right people to not have to worry about paying it back

But at least you were going to Warrington which is as everyone knows the centre of the known universe and only the best come from there ;)
I'm only visiting, I come from Northamptonshire, as a work colleague once said to me when I asked if I was from the north now , your grandchildren with still be southern bastards

I did correct him at the time, Midlands bastards I'll have you know

Im head shaking with anger , can anyone one tell me why he does not have to pay the lot back , the fact he misused the funds should surely void the whole entire claim of the grant , are we so apathetic and blase nowdays , having spent the first 5 years of my working life in Iran ive a good idea what would happen if one was caught embezzling fraudulently from the state

It's entirely possible he's spent the rest. Which may, or may not mean that we think he should spend the rest of his life paying back more (which I wouldn't particularly object to, but to pay it all back would likely amount to a life sentence)

Mods, please delete this thread.
It was intended to be a light-hearted comment on extreme ways to afford a Maserati, not a provocation for random explosions of rage about the person in the news (or other completely irrelevant subjects), which we can all do without.

Bunkum. Since when does buying a Maserati constitute a misuse of funds. Go boil your head, you stupid person with your spreading of such silliness.

To be fair, my only gripe is that they labeled a Maserati a luxury...friends, these are necessities...

And to get back to the original point, my RHI and FiT payments from the government pay part way to funding my Maserati but it's all kosher, I do have a heat pump and Solar PVs.
