How can Maserati stop supporting 3200 ????? It was the model which saved the company from extinction and the first model under the umbrella of Ferrari.

4,795 cars were manufactured between 1998 and 2002. That makes it probably one of the most successful models the company has ever produced.

Come on Maserati......stop scare mongering and start feeding your customers some more spares:p

You would have thought it would have been a nice little money spinner for Maserati....taking Alfa parts, trebling the price and sticking their sticker over the top!

I wish I could get away with that sort of practice in my line of work.

One door shuts, another one open, if there is a demand, there will be a supply.

Unfortunately chaps its a numbers game , how many of the original production numbers are on the road now probably 70% , when you add up the maths and factor in the recession and business acumen and efficiency , its easy to see how they might arrive at the same point as they did with the BI turbo, How many bi turbo's/ghibli's in total were produced more than the 3200 i shouldn't wonder but i know it was over a longer period BUT IT STILL HAPPENED A good stratedy and Hard lobbying by all concerned is the only real answer but still has no Guarantee but we have to try

Guys, given this type of short sighted, almost anti-10yr old cars made by a very historic and prestiguous marque.....what can we do as a group/board/ bunch of enthusiasts?

Form a UK wide alliance/EU wide alliance of Maserati groups/boards to approach Maserati?

Maybe point out the error of their ways, shame them into offering some sort of medium term guarantee to support and offer real assistance to the preservers of their older cars?

Italians place great store in their strong family ties/values, not dumping things once the gloss has worn off!

Just a few thoughts!

Starting to get good support from the states as well as Europe on this issue now, if there is a positive at this early stage its that great to see Maserati owners worldwide coming together
